For soups, sauces and ragouts

The top-driven preparation tank (cooking and mixing tank) ensures optimal processing of soups, sauces and ragouts. Water, vegetables, meat can be supplied, mixed homogeneously and heated to cooking temperature.

The combined agitator ensures the product is preserved as much as possible. In addition, the mass is cooled and heated without burning on the wall. Our technologies ensure optimal mixing, heating and cooling of your products.


Version The mixing tank is a top-driven tank with a conical bottom and a central spout. Equipped with a combined agitator.
Volumes Contents: 800 litres, 1,000 litres, 2,000 litres, 2,500 litres and 3,000 litres. Other volumes are possible
Dimensions The tanks are based on standard diameters. Internally grinded RA <0.8 μm for optimum hygiene

Special features On higher-capacity production lines, the cooling process can also be carried out in-line in a scraping heat exchanger. The tanks are equipped with a fixed hood with a manhole and/or folding lid

The mixing tank for soups and sauces is a top-driven tank with a conical bottom and a central spout. The mixing tanks are equipped with a combined agitator. The anchor agitator provides the horizontal stirring action and keeps the walls clean. The screw agitator provides the upward and vertical stirring action. A few advantages include:
